I’ve not been able to hold off our very patient buyers any longer So we are moving in on Thursday Last time we had all the internals finished and it was the middle of winter Seam to have been more delays with materials this time At least we’ve come in under budget Though twelve months ago that wasn’t looking likely

Absolutely makes no sense Any faults in the plumbing or wiring will be a nightmare to find and it will cost you a fortune doing this Now doing the first fix plumb and elec Then plastering and fitting out a room at a time Will cost a bit more But without the above issues and no issue for BC -

When measuring for windows and doors I cut a baton to the with and heigh and allow 10 mil Start will the largest opening Most windows are very easy to fit But if you don’t want to self fit Tgen ask a joiner You will get a far better install off a joiner Most window fitters tend to be quick and rough

Most treatment plants are much of a muchness As long as there’s no moving parts and an external blower I’ve installed a Matrix TP on our last two builds Super easy to install Even for a novice Just had ours emptied after six years No issues -
You will get clay from other digs for nothing Top soil will cost Do all the foundations and drains Preferably all the build Then start building levels up
