Can't remember exactly what I've got running to the pillar underground...

- 2.5mm2 3-core swa

- Duct grade Cat-6

- A multi-core screened cable for luck...can't remember the spec.

Any ufh going there ? ??

SWMBO would have her shower then go and stand on the driveway to dry off. That could make for some interesting cctv....

Can you get really wide angle, CCTV cameras?

Didn't do much tonight, lost my homemade Starrett adapter so had to drive to my mates to get the one I made him. He couldn't find it but did find another obscure bit of steel I gave him years back which has a 1/2" UNF 20tpi thread...that'll do. All will be revealed!

The hole saw contraption is to enlarge an existing hole is guess, probably to let the ufh pipes pass.....

Sort of but no plumbing involved! Just got to find/scrounge a 1/2" UNF 20tpi tap this morning...

(Not that sort of tap! ?)

Screw on the lamp base with a couple of M4 screws:

Drill with a 20mm Starrett. The hole in the light fitting is a gnats under 20mm:

Stick a washer between lamp base and post:

Drill just the lamp base with a 27mm Starrett using the 20mm Starrett as the pilot, hits the washer and doesn't damage the post:

The duct is all run for the downlighters. I just stick my hand up inside, pop the gland through (on the end of the duct) and put the nut on. Another coat of paint to go on before that. Should look nice and tidy.
