It looks Edwardian ... dusting of snow, rough stone wall, next door's somewhat trimmed trees, the lane, the old-fashioned streetlamp, the bicyclist .... Remarkably the 'van is staying warm with just the stove, though we will be using the electric heaters in the bedrooms overnight. P.S. looking at the photo, I would want a much more substantial mooring strop than that bit of string, and what's the point keeping your boat afloat but then not keeping it in commission over the winter? Used that trick on holiday a couple of times If its its nasty one side, good chance its OK the other. If you are well into cornwall, its not that far.
