ToughButterCup
I blame myself. Even though I had told the tiler not to cut this hole ....... How on earth do I fill it up / camouflage it elegantly?
Onoff
Got a pic taken further back? Bespoke stainless bog roll holder? Just a flat plate with a capped tube welded on & sticking out. Stick it on the tiles. A Quinetic switch and use as a disabled call button? Ash tray? A bit of walk on glass to forever remind you of you & @pocster's mistake...

ToughButterCup
... intended for ... ? A small Euromodule light. But I was persuaded to change the layout of the shower: and now the lighting point is directly in line with the shower flow .... ? I did ask the tiler no to cut a hole there.

Onoff
A night light type thing seems to be right for that hole tbh.
MikeSharp01
Did the tiler keep the outcut - why not just grout it back in and call it a talking point

joe90
Ask the tiler to replace the tile as you told him not to cut it!. However, as you have cable there are you not liable to have access to it (new build electrics not allowed to have hidden joins so I am told). The bigger issue is if someone decides to drill into that wall later and there's nothing to say there's a bunch of wires there. In that case back to a blanking plate or obvious electrical accessory (light). Edited June 19, 2020 by Onoff

I have TLCs catalogue open in front of me and cant find one - even in the Bits and Bobs section Online though , is this what you mean?
