Pocster Posted November 5, 2020 Author Share Posted November 5, 2020 (edited) Realised 10mm x 10mm edging won’t work as tile is 8mm thick so only 2mm play . Changed my order back to 20mm x 20mm . Looking at my ‘arrangement’ to plan it so it lined up exactly on tile boundaries would still be a job as my tiles run vertically - making it not nice . Admit I may not be up to date. How far have you tiled? Plan and build the stud first. Calc for everything inc the joints, tile heights, thickness. Aim for a tolerance of 1mm or less and be happy if you get anywhere near it! Do pockets to suit tile size. I figure when SWMBO is in the bath white = F off red = angry I.e see white blue = maybe green = go ! I’m on for a treat !! ??
