How difficult would it be to build on an old caravan chassis? I’m assuming that it wouldn’t be strong enough for a conventional shed build. Can you do something lightweight but more building like, squarer, with thicker walls than a van?

You're definitely trolling now. Where was the consent for continued EU integration? The EU is framed as a stable consistent organisation and membership (Remain) as a continuation of what we already have but this is a complete misrepresentation. The EU has moved away from the Common Market to something more involved and will continue to do so. No consent for that and a vote for remain would have been twisted into mandate for as much integration as the like of Cameron/Osbourne/Labour and Lib Dem no marks thought would benefit them and to hell with the proles.

No luck with this what so ever. This is a view of the stuck corner through the opening top light. There only only about 25mm clearance between the top of the opener and the white upvc cladding above it. I’m wondering whether I can make a good estimate of the location of the stuck roller from another similar window. Drill through from the outside to open a hole to lever the cam down to open it. There must be some clearance between the slotted bracket attached to the frame and the window itself. 2mm?

It's about £25 a month on pods for the pair of us here. Back on topic, from having looked at garden rooms/offices, there is already a hefty mark-up with a purpose built solution and extra 'solution-ising' by putting it on wheels won't be cheap plus its hard to find a supplier meaning a further price premium. I've gone down the route of getting a log cabin which is a compromise in itself but £4k for the > 4m x 3m structure + approx £3k budget to do everything else with some DIY is not an unreasonable outlay.

The cheap models I got off ITS come without any packaging. Each part (drill, battery, charger) was just in a plain brown box. At least the Screwfix impact driver has full branded packaging.

Oh come on, that deserved more. Still on the look out for deals on proper batteries. I'll be honest I was underwhelmed by the stamina of the 3Ah that came with the drill.
