  1. Swollen as they are decided to grout the least important wall . Crumbs ! Race against time . Looks good face on . Don’t like at an angle where the tile alignment must be a bit out and you see the the brown of the tile . Tried grouting over it again - but still managed to wipe it off . Assume ( guess ! ) I can grout over it again when it’s hard ( just that bit ) more chance to thicken it up and hide mm error ?
  2. Someone else’s bridge ......
  3. I want the super badge it and the radio controlled plane please
  4. Tessties swelling as we speak !
  5. Builders not a creative and just sees from door as a door . When it’s yours it becomes personal . I love our front door ! ( r k doors )
  6. Looks like quality . It’s funny how ‘personal’ a front door becomes . It represents the house I always think and teases to what’s inside .
  7. I’m convinced ? I’ll find them on-site Monday ... ( attempt to locate them !! )
  8. Yeah ? So even on wall tiles ? . Nothing worse than the snapped plastic isn’t deep enough I.e shows through the grout .
  9. Having said all that I’m sure I’ve got some rubi tile levelling stuff here . I assumed it’s just for floors as you kick off the plastic next day . Not sure you can use in walls ? Similar to the system you mention . Don’t fancy hammering plastic bits off wall tiles ?
  10. I might try them !
  11. @Onoff has seen too much already ! .
  12. I must relocate that camera!
  13. ? Black with SPARKLES! - just wait until the bubble wrap is all off ( and my winch doesn't fail and smash it )
  14. Those red/black levellers have a skinny spindle - I felt the gap created would be too narrow
  15. These arrived today . The grout gap maybe 2mm using these . What I do like is they can space corners and edges . Assuming they don’t fall out
  16. Level yes . Gap no unless you want 1mm gap
  17. Sure i was on about wall tiles
  18. Hmmmmm This metal beading feels a bit hopeful ! It requires skill is what I mean ! Ok from a distance . Less than perfect close up . Will use coloured sealant on ‘gaps’
  19. I talk to mine . The big blue eye watches me .
  20. Ordered Also I ordered a 1 metre strap . Plan being I can then thread the other 2 straps ( 4 ends ) all onto the 1 metre one - then that to the hook
  21. Preliminary test ! Need more straps ! Also - problem how to hook potentially 4 strap ends around the hook . Suggestions welcome !
  22. Certainly warm in here today . Ufh working ?
  23. All done . They did suggest moving the electrics under that valve .
