  1. You picking on me ? . Tbh you labelled “ plumber “ - so I’m good with that ?
  2. Yeah but we know someone will take the opportunity..... Assume the worst, hope for the best !
  3. Coooooor ! You’ve got a massive chopper !
  4. I take that as a “ yes please “ ...
  5. Been there . My daughter “ tv doesn’t work , microwave doesn’t work , oh lights don’t work “ Flick magic consumer unit switch love ! . Fixed !
  6. @ProDave some walk on glazing would go well with all that glass ...
  7. Oi ladies . Men buy Dewalt !
  8. I’m going to do it ! 2 macerators shovelling ? left , right and centre . The brave will inherit the Earth ! ( or get covered in poo )
  9. This thread is progressing nicely. We've established it is possible with some "risk". The other thread you refer to is Zoot the Hoot. I believe he has immigrated to a warmer climate. This solved his ASHP issue immediately.
  10. No. Because the liquid will run ahead of the solid from the WC. So eventually you will get a blocked pipe. Saniflo confirmed this method was a bad idea.
  11. Macerator at bog ( which is no issue ) . Then 3m horizontally to next Macerator.
  12. This type of thing for the black macerator . Block the conventional inlet and use a low one ( so I get the fall from the Wc macerator ) https://www.plumbworld.co.uk/flo-force-max-macerator-pump-101425-1252355
  13. Inlet looks too high for me . I can’t sink it into the floor ( ufh ) . Do standard black macerator have another input that’s lower than the wc one ?
  14. Sure . I know that’s what I need . My question would you be able to turn it with 3m of ? vertically stacked ? . Would it turn ? . Pressure too much ?
  15. Thinking about it . if the vertical black pump pipe is full of ? and it fails would you be able to turn the valve to isolate and stop it running back ? . Trying to think of a guaranteed way to isolate or even drain the pipe in a “nice” I.e controlled way .
  16. Should the pipe run from wc macerator to black macerator be a larger bore ? . My logic being if black macerator blocks ( for example ) the pipe will hold the contents . Or am I overthinking it now ? ?
  17. Can you get a cap to seal off the toilet standard waste input ? ( that’s what you meant @PeterW I assume ) .
  18. The horizontal pipe at the top that goes into the soil pipe . Should both outputs go into that 1 pipe ? . Or better to have a independent pipe into the soil I.e 2 horizontal pipes
  19. Ok . So wc macerator into black water macerator . So ......
  20. Erm . You’ve confused me wc has a ? macerator which then pumps to the first grey pump ( making it not grey anymore ? ) - then up and out ( hopefully )
  21. So with valves
  22. SWMBO was over again ffs Current plan is this . Macerating WC pumps ? into grey water macerator which then dumps into soil pipe . Meanwhile sink/washer etc. grey water uses a seperate pump . I’ll put valves on both vertical runs so I can avoid grey or ? running Back when they break ( not if ) . I’ll set a zwave sensor on macerator that receives the ?. So at least if it doesn’t trigger I.e draws too little current or indeed too much than at least HA can inform me . I’ll probably put a valve on the input pipe . So when it busts can turn inlet pipe and outlet pipe off . My other plan was when it fails I see no reason why I can’t drill a hole straight into the saniflo unit to drain it of ?. Trying to minimise the fun when it goes wrong . Apart from relatively easy access to the pumps any other suggestions to take into account when failure strikes ?
  23. Take your clothes off then sit on it . Far more fun
  24. Bodies from previous visitors . When are you arriving?
  25. Absolutely nothing ?
