Twiddled the white square next to it . Guess that’s the refill loop - boiler filling up

A friend who thinks I’m amazing because I am building a house asked me to look at their boiler ( fool ) Pressure is almost zero . No obvious refill loop as I would expect . Can see a white key that turns a bit to no effect . Has an arrow in it suggesting it pushes up but doesn’t want to . Don’t want to force anything .....
