  1. I do recommend these pre hung doors . Not cheap - but finish is great
  2. After playing around I did pretty much get all my doors near perfect . It sounds a simplistic task but it took me a few hours on some doors just altering one component a fraction which might fix one issue but may cause another . Another pita was the magnetic catch . To get that just right so it’s doesn’t flick out to early but equally not to late . Hours of frustrated fun ?
  3. I know everyone suggests the roof / gutter as an issue . Yet the wall looks very clean . Had exactly the same internal issues you have . Checked outside including the guttering - nothing obvious. Then one day whilst passing by it was p*ssing down - then I could see it . I’d certainly go outside when it’s hammering down just to check .
  4. Cloud based recorder ; cheap ( ish ) cameras - sorted
  5. ? now look what you’ve done
  6. Phooey ! Honk Kong phooey ! Number 1 super spy
  7. Not only can I not give away ; Nick ‘tiny knob ‘ Knowles won’t even take it !!
  8. Who deleted the number ! I just made it up ! @SteamyTea would of called then ! What a treat !
  9. @Onoff ***********
  10. But that would be boring!
  11. My post had loads of porn, violence , self mutilation and verbal abuse in it. Shall I post it again then?
  12. Who deleted my post about the toilet ??????
  13. Probably show you the footage later ( boom boom )
  14. Cctv is good isn’t it . I watch lots of films like that .
  15. Excuse me guys ! This is going to be a long thread - yes ? So ! my recommendation is some cloud based recording ( like Mangocam ) as it’s relatively cheap ( though yearly cost ) . Some basic outdoor poe camera’s . Swann is like the smart car of cctv . Hikvision are good and have a broad range of products at different prices . Failing all that - for its *simplicity * an analogue camera and a Betamax video recorder .
  16. Love you guys ! (expletive deleted)
  17. Whilst waiting for the winch I decided foolishly to get the metal stringer round from the front of the build to the back and in position . Taken me a good few hours on my own - wish I had some friends .
  18. Even diy sos don’t want my glazing ?
  19. House. Cant remember exact ROI. But cost of a proper system and pump; savings were minimal was the real issue.
  20. Ducking ebay shite ! New one ordered
  21. Ffs! Winch is (expletive deleted)ed ! Motor grinds up and down just do down !!! ??
  22. 50kg of sand being elusive - rocks will do . Knocked a timber in to stop that leg sliding . Couldn’t get that clamp out - those Fischer bolts are real crap . RS ones are brilliant no issues . Ridiculously short power lead a pain . Testing imminent
  23. @joe90 almost at test point 50kg of outer weight sand to add . Ran out of swivel fixings . The put lock not particularly effective ? . Side arm is because pickup is to the side . Perhaps a fixing in the top of the concrete just to stop it sliding ? Any final words before I test ??
