Oddly I had my Bosch 230V from aged 16 to 32 then another that died 16 years after that!

Is a reed bed an option here? Doesn't @PeterStarck run one? I say that with caution as from memory didn't "the" company doing them shut up shop as an owner nearly died after cutting himself whilst maintaining the bed?

That's the replacement Lidl SDS drill just died on me! In the market for a cheap, gutsy noname SDS drill. I'll give Titan a bash maybe.

Good to know. However, as the other adapter I made is M16 I did the same with this in the end. Fully threaded the arbour length & found a couple of stud extenders and half nuts:

3/4"-16 UNF tap is a bit sloppy...or is it? Maybe it's meant to be to aid getting it apart on site? Looking down the bore of the core cutter and tbh the tap teeth don't seem to be lining up that well...

Trying to knock up a really long extension bar for this core cutter. in Outside dia of thread measures nom. 20.5mm. As for thread pitch, three threads cover nom. 5.5mm, 4 cover about 6.75mm. that's then about a 1.7 /. 1.8mm pitch. Can you get M20x1.75? M20 Metric coarse is 2.5mm, M20 electrical is 1.5mm pitch. Imperial maybe? 4 threads covering a 1/4" gives 16tpi and then the nom. 0.8' OD. I reckon 3/4-16 UNF. Sounds about right as Starrett arbours are UNF.

If 3m wasn't a thing they wouldn't sell 3m Arris rails surely? The rails used round here are 75x75 with feather edge.

As I can't yet successfully print in ABS I've been spraying PLA to go outside. Plastic primer and whatever top coat. Time will tell.

Look to compost the brewing waste if you can. Not sure what you're brewing but if grain based then you need to keep the compost bin well aerated as grain waste is nitrogen rich.

I'd carry an American fridge freezer up stairs on my back for a crack at that Kaley Cuoco! ? Edit: Not that I'd impress her before, during or after!
