  15. If your pipe is continuous without any joints There’s no chance that the drainage field contents will ever soak through the water pipe Less likely than the lead pipe that supplied our drinking water for 100 plus years
  16. You can normally remove the covers on the hinges to reveal the adjuster screws If the covers don’t remove or flick back The adjustment is likely to be an allen key to the bottom of the hinge

We’ve found that when getting power to the site The company’s need the builds new addresses to be registered Which trickers Counsul tax So you could be paying CT long before the build is finished We fell foul of this on our previous build and ended up paying 50% CT with no kitchen or bathrooms or running water This time round Weve used a generator and held off installing power as long as possible
