I have fairly low ceilings and need both of these things to stick down as little as possible. I heard somewhere that one of them "needs" to stick down a certain amount? But have any of you sought or found a specifically "low profile" set? Interlinking and mains powered preferred but I can work on that. Tia ED

Probably yes to all but I don't fully under stand the prv part yet. I have been told and why it is where it is but that's still a grey area for me atm. As for the position of the drain and the non check valve. The check stops any water from going backwards. The drain is to empty your house system if you really needed to go that far. In your picture the check valve would stop your house from emptying. I also don't fully understand where your outgoing one is going?

Do you already own any cordless tools? If so possibly look if they make one. If not senco are a very good tool, but I agree I personally would want cordless -
Yes. Just make sure it actually comes with the pokey bit

Buy the cheap poker. They're great. Personally I would pour in stages. Sharp sand and shingle makes very nice concrete

The prices some people say they pay for kitchens just boggles me. Firstly where the hell do they get the spare cash to splash £50k + on what looks like any other kitchen to me Secondly what asshat it charging people 50k+ for what is essentially any other kitchen.

To look at it another way. Considering the scale of the unexpected collapse they must have done something right for only 3 people to suffer minor injuries -
Lol. I have a horrible feeling they were inspecting one of our jobs. Local bc have had to take over a lot of jobs and are not happy about it. Luckily we take lots of photos and they know us well

That's why he suggested it. There's nothing worse than hitting a dowel in and on the final hit it going loose from snapping the tennon.... And then you're in serious trouble. IMG_20190718_191821.jpg- 95 replies

Turns out I only needed to use ash for one handrail. But I was advised to fit the landing ones in a rather sneeky way by a joiner friend of mine. Obviously I had to cut the rail along the crease first but once back together it's almost invisible.- 95 replies
