Try Lidls natural yoghurt  (they even do a low fat one) over fresh berries. The sweetness of the fruit takes away the sharp, tartness of the yoghurt. Good over their no sugar muesli  (blue bag, Alpen copy) as well.

When I said to have it with yogurt I meant natural yogurt with real fruit bits in it not one of the kids petit filous.

The peach version is so nice. There crunch range is nice mixed in with the muesli for a bit of added bite.

Yeah but there's more sugar in the peach / crunch stuff! None in the natural.

Well that took a LOT longer than expected. I shan't bore you with writing the details of all the balls ups I had with getting the rest of the slates I needed but finally the back is slated. Now It's just the little mono pitch to slate, lead work, ridge, cast the cils, fit the windows and doors and I will be officially watertight ?

He is the one that got me into lockpicking in the first place and the reason I have any idea why my new locks will be very challenging to pick.

I think Faye gave up on thinking I was a normal a looong time ago. AFAIC whatever helps you take your mind off it all should be thouroughly indulged in. I got into Youtube by watching other grown men play mine craft so I already know I’m sad ?

Following on from this thread

Iv decided to drag this update back to the correct thread as it is barely about the bathroom. 

 

Either way the news hot off the press is we have just finished installing the UFH pipes ?,

i still need to test them but the actual laying is complete. Also in the mean time when either I was alone or waiting on deliveries I have installed just over half of the frame therm 32 upstairs and celotexed between the rafters above where my walls are ( the PITA ones to fit.)

next job is to get all the mesh up on the little concrete spacers. Box off the shower area. Get the bco out on Monday and look to pour the floor next saturday ?
