Ferdinand Posted October 10, 2018 Posted October 10, 2018 Why are you making "bullsh*t" signs at yourself? If anything I use a carpenter's soft pencil, and look at the far end of the line.
Nickfromwales Posted October 10, 2018 Posted October 10, 2018 I use the force, and cut all mine blindfolded. Honest. 1
Onoff Posted October 10, 2018 Author Posted October 10, 2018 I've been marking with the Sharpie then in effect keeping the blade within the Sharpie line. Works well. My eyes are that crap I have to ditch the glasses and cut with my face a few inches from the blade / tile. I need that "definition".

Ferdinand Posted October 10, 2018 Posted October 10, 2018 Do it like posh speed cameras, and engrave the lines on your glasses, then wear a starched collar.
Onoff Posted October 10, 2018 Author Posted October 10, 2018 Goggles WERE worn! The rips to do top & side. Going to be a pita on the tanked (blue) wall where the basin pipes come out. I don't think when I tile the basin area they'll come out far enough to cover the skinny gap! The next trims I put on will go on with clear CT1 not mitre bond. Too unforgiving for an amateur like me. 2
newhome Posted October 10, 2018 Posted October 10, 2018 What’s that weird bit top right of the window? ?

newhome Posted October 10, 2018 Posted October 10, 2018 It may well be 8 inches but it’s skinny like a chipolata! ? Ain’t that supposed to be done with the tile to the right?
Onoff Posted October 10, 2018 Author Posted October 10, 2018 I'm still thinking I could have got away with the 4 tiles to the right of the window being one piece.
