Ordered that coupler you linked to earlier - give that a try first . Silicone spray is good for helping push fits in & out. Don't ffs get it on any faces to be solvent welded. And don't forget your Sharpie for alignment marks.

Pocster
22 hours ago, pocster said: Hmmm, sounds like a problem for another day. I'll email Geberit - they do seem to do weld stuff - so hopefully they have a magic coupler that takes push fit to weld. I'll report back with what they say ; assuming they reply.... Geberit didn’t even send a “we acknowledge your email “ response ; so I called them . Waste of time - kept saying I need a horizontal extender ( 366.887.16.1) which I don’t . He asked me to explain what I was trying to achieve . As soon as I went outside “geberit world “ he said it wasn’t possible to mix push fit with solvent . I asked him if he had a horizontal drainage pipe in his ceiling would he want geberit push fit or welded ? ? After 5 seconds of silence ( and not promoting a geberit product to me ) he said welded . I guess I was stupid expecting a geberit salesman / technical to be a ‘real world ‘ plumber . Anyway ! I needed a solution so reluctantly and with difficulty can just squeeze a 110m through ... Pocster
Now ! The next dilemma ! What height should a toilet be from the floor ( finished floor to top of pan ) . Wall hung ones always look lower too me - assume that’s an optical illusion though ...
Onoff
Page 20 of my mega thread. The man he say 425mm from FFL to top of seat as in bit your bum is in contact with.
Onoff
I went a tad higher here in keeping with some other people on here who came back in my thread. We're all pretty tall in this house anyway:
Pocster
A dry ‘let’s give it a try ‘ fix . The pan hangs just off those 2 bolts with the yellow covers ; that’s it ? Initial ‘guess’ at height is far too low . Also I see geberit give multiple ways to fix the frame . Think I’ll use every possible fixing for peace of mind
Pocster
First stupid question . I see the legs are extendable but can’t be locked in place ????!!??? Edited March 15, 2020 by pocster

Pocster
Padded out with render board either side . So tight probably doesn’t need any fixings ?
Pocster
Hmmmm They seem to suggest fixing the feet and just the brackets at the top ! . I’d like a bit more than that ! Show this in the destructions but don’t supply any bolts . I’d like to bolt it to the timbers either side . M10 ??
Pocster
The wall fixings for block work seem the right thickness and length Assume a visit to the builders merchants to get a similar size bolt , nut and washers will do the job
Onoff
Undo tighten the legs with a 13mm socket or spanner. I put coach screws in the side of the frame: As for not using the top, main fixings... You could glue & screw some timber blocks to the uprights and use studding. Might need to counter bore the blocks with a flat wood bit to take the nuts. Double nut it too so it doesn't come undone. As for the pan security...once tiled put it on the wall with clear CT1 backing up the fixings and leave for 36hrs.

Funnily enough went to the builders merchants and bought bolts and nuts to fix as you did but from ‘outside’ into the frame . Not sure why I thought that would be better . Anyway whilst outside builders merchants I was then sick over their driveway ? - ( not joking ) - I must have caught something............. Have a headache now .......... Onoff
I Sikaflex'd 9mm ply onto my frame. I had to add a 9mm layer to ensure the subsequent Aqua Panels cleared the soil pipe at the base of the wall. Pretty sure that adds to keeping the frame in place. I used self drill screws through the ply into the Geberit frame. I was really careful to draw the frame on the ply so I didn't drill into any pipe or God forbid the cistern! Aqua Panel again Sikaflex'd to the ply: Again I marked a red zone where I daren't have drilled! The self drill screws were no good for screwing the Aqua panel through the ply and into the metal frame. I just used the proper Knauf screws where there was timber behind. Pocster
Think I’ll do similar and glue and screw marine ply across the whole wall then mount the delta board . Not sure I want to screw into the geberit frame ! . Not brave enough for that ! . If I make the ply crossing the frame 1 continuous piece then I reckon it would be rock solid . Need to experiment a bit more before I commit ...
Onoff
I used these wing screws. Did have to countersink the ply from memory. They went in a treat. https://www.screwfix.com/p/easydrive-carbon-steel-self-drilling-roofing-screws-4-8-x-38mm-200-pack/2688h
