Have a beer on me, at your expense Thanks Uncle Nick . Technically my 2nd attempt . Things I much prefer are flat tiles I.e not bloody textured and this wedge levelling system . Out of interest I looked at recesses on Pinterest . Lots of high spec bathrooms there ! . Over 50% easily didn’t seem to bother about lining tiles up exact with recess . Some are truly awful . Spewy green only half the issue here .....
Bitpipe
My tiler had OCD, the way he lined up the recessed flush plates with the rest of the tiling is a thing of beauty.

Pocster
Super happy today ! With SWMBO’s smaller hands and greater flexibility plumbed the bath waste in ! . Lowered it - filled it - let it drain . No leaks ??
Onoff
So basically SWMBO plumbed the bath in? ? How come that bit of wall on the right is unfinished? Won't access for grouting be a pig with the bath in place? Oh hang on.....test fitting was it? Edited December 12, 2020 by Onoff 2

Mr Punter
There is quite a big gap above the flush pipe of the wall hung WC. Offer the pan up to make sure the gap is covered before you grout the tiles. What is the wire at the end of the bath for?

Pocster
You (expletive deleted)ers ! Talk about shooting me down in flames ! It was a test so I can start tiling the floor I.e pipework I can never get to is leak free . Tiles missing on wall because I ran out - currently on order @Mr Punter you are indeed correct - they don’t give you a lot of room for the inlet - need to replace that tile - thought I checked it but perhaps not ! Pocster
Right @Mr Punter I’ve got the offending tile off . But I do know from experience getting the adhesive off will just destroy the delta board . What’s the best option here ? ( spoil sport ! )

PeterW
Make sure when you redo that tile there is a full bed top and bottom of the holes as they take the weight when you sit on the pan and you can crack tiles if they aren’t loaded correctly.
