One of the receipts they don't like is given as a reason 18 for refusal. Which is not a detailed breakdown .... The invoice says staircase! 🤣 -

Literally received a payment from Hmrc . No email . Just cash in the bank . It is short the expected amount . Surely they should contact me explaining why and giving me a chance to address any issues ? -

CCTV not working after internet provider change

That it ? The entire list of connected devices ? This says connect fail yes ? It’s going to something very simple but really hard without being hands on to fix . Undoubtedly an IP type addressing issue -

Aren’t those screenshots your nvr though ? 192.168.1.100 ? -
Oh yes I’ve seen a few accidents . Usually when I’m watching that tight Lycra bum in the mirror .

Log into the router . So go into a browser and do 192.168.1.1 That should bring up your router login screen . Assuming you’ve never changed the password you’ll need to enter the default for that brand . Might even be printed on the back of the router . Do that stage next 😊 -
Cheap skate ! . It might be next door - still want your own pool though . I’d have an electric solid cover that slides over it so it can have a pool table ontop ! Oh and a bar nearby obviously

I’m a (expletive deleted)ing idiot who built a non standard underground house on my own with zero knowledge or skill . 😂 So you are in the right company until the adults show up ! . You want it - you do it !

Baggsy for 1st swim !

Proper help will be along soon 😊 I just saw you pop up in ‘new posts’ and thought it was cool as (expletive deleted) . It undoubtedly can be done for a lot less than those mental ‘proper’ pools . Might be a nice learning curve . Naive is good . It means you don’t understand the implications and do it anyway . Speaking from experience here ! 😂

Yeah it is just the shell . When I think what they do abroad ( like in Spain ) is just a concrete pour and then tiled - admittedly that is outdoors - just thinking of a potential leak !

(expletive deleted) me ! (expletive deleted) me !!!!! 117k

I cheated and googled ! . Basic fibre glass ‘pool’ similar size - 20k

Well ! My house is underground and indeed I dug a big hole . Concrete slab and retaining walls . When it rained , it held water like a (expletive deleted)ing swimming pool ! I assume you want heated though ? So some insulation and ‘waterproofing’ of some kind surely ? . Entertain me - what was the quote for a ‘proper’ pool ? 😊

I really really like ! . Haven’t got a clue - but it’s not crazy - just awesome ( until it gets wee’d in ) .

In my experience a planning for a garage became a house ! 😊 So it’s hard to judge I think - as all planners are not equal . Regarding parking you should try and provide additional parking though I believe space for bike storage and vicinity to public transport could also be argued ( if favourable ! ) . I personally would get an architect to take a look first and see what might be doable . Can you upload a site plan so it’s easier to understand the space you have .
