Dewalt for me . Have the flexvolt SDS - really good for a battery drill . Dewalt angle grinder , ratchet screwdriver , reprocaiting saw etc. All excellent!

Ordered Bosch . Some amazon reviews suspect as they mention the batteries but presumably are talking about a completely different scanner .

Taclife dms05 seems to get better ratings than the Bosch . In the final photo it has a bloke holding it on the ceiling and it says “ceiling detector “ ; f’ing clever that !

Glad you’ve arisen from your coffin . My eBay one does ‘sometimes’ indicate stud . But go past it and then go back and it’s reads nothing . Almost randomly it will say ‘centre’ - it gets really excited then ! . Problem is we’re no where near the centre . Perhaps it means centre of the earth , or centre of a stud somewhere else on the planet . Bleeding shite !

Lol ! I use to use my Hilti breaker without headphones . Made my ears ring ; use headphones now ! Real men use noisy tools and are deaf .

My dewalt impact driver is singly the best tool I have . Screws into anything ! . Don’t care about the noise . Real men have noisy toys !

Hey all, It would seem I need this in my basement and a drainage channel around it. Seems rather expensive! so it's just to provide height (a raft) for the drain. Googled but can't find an equivalent (slotted!). Could I not just use some cheaper XPS variant??? Cheers
