Originally we were thinking dark grey - so maybe that will ‘help’ ....
-
You know - you are 100% right . I’m struggling to be a mm out - but alas not everyone else is . Tbh the ‘affect’ - just standing back and looking at it is ace . But, still hurts a bit ?
-
Yeah I know . These new wedge things seem good . Zero lipping . Spacing spot on . Let down by some slimey Spanish sweat shop ... ?
-
No - that’s gone now . To many council office workers were complaining

Bast ard ! My tiles are inline - the fecking pattern isn’t !
-
Basically - going to have to live with it . Cost of ‘extreme tiling at the bleeding edge of current manufacturing technology’ uncle Nick , uncle Nick ( aka @Nickfromwales ) - can you come downstairs please and look at this .....

I’ll close my eyes when I shower . Go away @Gav_P or I’ll cry ! . The problem isn’t my skills - it’s that tile manufacturers don’t function at my level ???
-
By luck if you check back on my photos the tiles that meet at the shower controls just so happen to line up ...
-
Tried that . Opened all 4 boxes . Even if you get 2 that line up ‘quite’ near - means the 3rd one might be more out ... ?

Right TileFlair manager called me. She was very good actually. This title simply does not line up. Manufacturers are allowed a 3mm +/-. She was happy for me to change tiles for something single coloured or the same design but paler i.e. so it would be less obvious. She did confess that no-one does it vertically - so I am truly DA MAN! Even so, she opened whilst I was on the phone; a different batch number and laid them out on the floor - exactly the same issue. Can I live with it???. Her only suggestion to get the effect I want was to use mosaics ( on that yucky mesh stuff - where you've got to be spot on when you bed it! ) Kindly she sent me photo's of their in store displays - also stating no one has ever mentioned it - ( I've got fecking OCD now haven't I - caught it from you twats !)

On my floor ones ? I agree - but it’s still out . If I grouted it - would look sh*t Managed to get through to tileflair - boss is going to call me !

&£&£)&&&&£& ! That’s me swearing !!

Yeah but some are stuck on the fing wall ? Have emailed the showroom . Going to clear a space and try and do a vertical line on the floor - ffs !!! Strangely I do get the ‘random’ line up ! I bet their horizontal grout lines vary in width to solve this in the fing showroom ....
-
Can’t see any order Took the highest tile off and cut it they other way round ( only 2 possibilities ) neither line up - but one is ‘better’ than the other . Tried other boxes aswell - same issue
-
-
???? The show room ones appear to have no order
-
Yep . Same box !!
-
Nothing I can do ! There is no right orientation or pattern that tessellated
-
I’ll have to live it . My grout lines being inline more important. ?
