Vijay
Just had a look on Ebay for Kwikstage stairs and nothing came up How long ago were they on there? Gonna visit a supplier on the N.E next week to look at their used stuff. I guess I'm just worried that used may be nearing the end of it's life and I need it for a good few years and need to be able to sell it on
Vijay
well when I double checked the supplier who said his timber boards were treated, turns out they're not. Baffled how they could get something so important so wrong

dpmiller
they're just planks. Given the number of cuts, holes, and grinder marks in some of ours, rot is the least of your worries...

Vijay
would you get used galvanised Kwikstage if it wasn't too expensive? Might have found some for around the refurbished price.
Vijay
New boards on site today and wondered if I should treat them with some cheapo fence protector or something like that? Chances are these boards will be out for 2+ years and would ideally like everything to stay as sellable as possible

Make sure they are stacked properly (stickered) so they don't start to rot.
