March 29, 20188 yr Welcome! I’m a newbie too and the lovely folk here have helped me enormously with some of the ‘snagging’ from my new build.
March 29, 20188 yr Hi and welcome Theres a wealth of info here, just take the time to search and read, and dont worry about resurrecting older threads, its all good
March 29, 20188 yr Novice? Novice ? Every day I go out onto my build I have nearly no clue as to how to do what's been planned. Often, just a bit sick with worry. Take yesterday's cockup for example . It took BH just 10 minutes to sort it out. (Thanks @Dudda and @ProDave ) This is the UK Novice Central. You are in excellent company. And as for saving money, I'm on £12 / 13 k at the moment . This is the most supportive community I have ever found online.
March 29, 20188 yr Author Great guys sounds just up my street, saving money is a big drive for me but the sitting back and admiring my work is the best bit (when it goes well) ?
March 29, 20188 yr Ahh the bliss of being a novice. The frustrating part is the less of a novice you become the more you realise you don’t know. Welcome to the group. ?
March 29, 20188 yr Welcome on board - There's loads of good stuff around here, and loads of people will to share ideas.
March 29, 20188 yr Welcome to Buildhub. By far the friendliest and most information building and renovating site in the world (honest). 51 minutes ago, Construction Channel said: The frustrating part is the less of a novice you become the more you realise you don’t know. The Dunning-Kruger Effect!
