flanagaj Posted Saturday at 17:19 Posted Saturday at 17:19 So our application has been spec'd with a Graf One2Clean. On reflection, I would like to potentially switch this to a Tricel Novo, for the simple reason that the required excavation depth is considerably less than the Graf. The Tricel does look like a quality offering as well, and I like the fact that you can house the compressor inside the lid of the tank. I suppose that I would potentially have to have the calculations redone and the nitrate offset credits might need to be recalculated? Has anyone change their tank from the one spec'd in their planning application?
nod Posted Saturday at 19:02 Posted Saturday at 19:02 There’s nothing really to stop you BC are there to make sure your tanks is installed to regulations and planners There interest went once your plans where passed Basically As long as it works I’ve installed three Treatment Plants now I’d avoid having anything in the tank other than shit A separate box for the compressor is much easier to maintain and less likely to fail 1
Nickfromwales Posted Saturday at 19:33 Posted Saturday at 19:33 Manufacturers installation guidelines also trump your BCO, so if you have followed them then they can FO 👌 2

I'm happy with my Tricel, no other comparisons though. However the only thing I would (will) when I get around to it, change is the compressor on the lid. We're rural and at night it can be audibly intrusive. 😔. It will be moved to a concrete pad with zero resonance. 1 1

It's straightforward to move, if I knew, I would have created a pad at the same time I back filled with concrete, it would have been an hour or so works at the time. Plan for it and I would 100% recommend. No issue in 3 years so far. 1
crooksey Posted Monday at 07:45 Posted Monday at 07:45 Personally I would stick with Graf. Nothing in the tank to fail, spares readily available and top class support from Graf.
