Door threshold height

Will this be a problem for getting BC to sign off? A thick mat on the outside solve it? Or new door needed as I ordered wrong thing.

Is there no plan to tile this area? It looks to be set up perfectly for quarry tiles or something of a similar thickness.

Small aluminium angle piece glue it down in front of the door if you get any grief from BC.

Nope. The drips / bells on the render are set correctly, a tile would block them.

No just getting left as plain boring but more importantly cheap concrete

Good news, she’s (BC) paying us a visit next week

It doesn’t look too bad - personally I wouldn’t be too worried about it - as long as the door width and (ramp) access were OK.
