Only if you have an attic or space at least one storey above it to give you some kind of hot water flow. Bit stuffed in a single storey dwelling or where there are vaulted ceilings. 
UVC is self-contained so with an UVC these is no need for an install that unnecessarily spans 2 or 3 storeys of the house.

More coils = more ?

Nope they will not sign it off - I've asked both private and LABC.

Ha ha, that might just be the approach I will take. This far my inspector doesn't seem to want to see much, last inspection was brickwork halfway up, next one is pre plaster?‍♂️, works for me. After talking about the build I think he assumes corners arent going to be cut, and they aren't, this is a one time gig and I'm here for life!

be careful, yours might ask. My plumber did give me a ticket, it was just not asked for. I did nearly all the plumbing and he made the final connection and checked all was ok. I would confirm you can find a plumber that will do this fir you.

Local Bco let developer self certify but made out like this transferred the liability to them. 

Surely proper installation and certification doesn't break the bank. Aren't these things like a bomb if installed wrong?

Potentially yes, though you would have to do some pretty stupid things wrong to make them so.
