Or a very good design with thick walls to passive house standards. You can get a very cheap frame that the mass house builders use, and then try and upgrade it, or go for the best your budget allows. NSS Posted October 9, 2019 Share Posted October 9, 2019 (edited) We used Scandal Hus and had them build to our bespoke design rather than one of their 'standard' kits. They'll do pretty much anything from manufacture and erect the frame to a full turnkey solution. Not the cheapest but we were very pleased with their service.
