Didn’t you do that at the time?? It would have been really easy with the adhesive still soft. ?

Except those kerdiboard pockets... what are you doing about them? Are they going to be tiles with the same tiles?

Looking great Pocster. Dont use white after all that hard work fella.

Not going to SWMBO wants biscuit  - I think that means beige . I’d prefer grey

I find that really risky . Because you can move or flick out a spacer . I do water brush down the faces and any ‘safe’ gaps . Will just dremel each line .

Fiddly door return tiles done . Few mm out at the top - but I’ll just over grout to hide that .I have to say it’s all looking pretty good . Been also cleaning out the tile gaps with the dremel ( reckon I’m good enough with that to be a dentist ) . So just wall pockets to do .Time to conquer the bathroom now ??

Dark grey or charcoal grout may look OK.

That’s what I think also . But ! We have SWMBO factor !!! . The tiles do appear surprisingly different colours from varying angles . But they look mostly grey to me - SWMBO obviously has superior eyes and sees a different colour ?

Looks really good mate (now you can build that crane ?)

Funnily enough the new winch turned up today !

SWMBO though wants to see tiles on the wall not a crane ?

She needs to start considering other people's needs mate. Just tell her, "I'm a man,  not a machine"

?

N dremel hours later

Presume these grout lines are clean enough ? . Assume I can over grout and have the lines fractionally wider than the line . What I don’t want is white bits of adhesive showing through coloured grout

Would be awkward to tell her that with a knife stuck in my neck ?
