Hmmmm They seem to suggest fixing the feet and just the brackets at the top ! . I’d like a bit more than that ! Show this in the destructions but don’t supply any bolts . I’d like to bolt it to the timbers either side . M10 ??

Padded out with render board either side . So tight probably doesn’t need any fixings ?

First stupid question . I see the legs are extendable but can’t be locked in place ????!!???

A dry ‘let’s give it a try ‘ fix . The pan hangs just off those 2 bolts with the yellow covers ; that’s it ? Initial ‘guess’ at height is far too low . Also I see geberit give multiple ways to fix the frame . Think I’ll use every possible fixing for peace of mind

Maybe . The mounting bracket doesn’t allow for the cables to pass through it . Cables are rather stiff so bending them to much might damage them anyway

It is over the drain ; though that wasn’t anything to do with it’s placement. I didn’t want to install 2 taps ( one for rear , other for front ) so just installed one half way .

A compromise ! Took some plastic black pipe to builders merchants . Bought a new brown pipe coupler that also fits the black . So ; a compromise was born ! ; just the black coupler exposed externally.

No, it's PAS24 standard ( from memory ) which is an insurance recognised level of security. Also the reader is separate to the relay ( that is embedded in the actual door frame ). So you can't just stick a magnet on the door anywhere and it would open.

Thanks I was going to pull the cable back out a bit so it ‘loops’ at the base ; I.e to allow drips to drop off Will fill hole with ct1 once I’ve found a suitable white exterior grommet

Need to install some for outdoor electrics . Is it ok to have armoured cable outside ; then once inside the build have it ‘join’ to normal wiring ? . The joint though will have no access - so fit and forget . Is any of that allowed ???

Now ! The next dilemma ! What height should a toilet be from the floor ( finished floor to top of pan ) . Wall hung ones always look lower too me - assume that’s an optical illusion though ...

One of these holes is a mistake ? Other one as intended . Would really like to do one of those really neat ‘rubber’ plugs that the internet guys seem to use when they breach your wall . Never seen how they do it but always looks neat . Though I suspect the answer might just be “white CT1 “ ?

38” from finished floor to top of sink.. Cant go lower without cutting out that timber and lowering the support
