Don’t you worry ! . Once I do my magic you won’t be looking at the ceiling !!
-
It’s like reservoir dogs ; no one wanted to be mr. Brown The sales guy and SWMBO both liked it ( as if the sales guy wouldn’t ) I said it looks like brown He responded that it might be the light in the showroom , so we will take a sample outside . It still looked like brown No one wants brown - because it’s shit colour so everyone calls it rustic red - stupid mofo’s
-
Here’s the red I’m wearing tonight https://www.elitecolours.co.uk/rusticred
-
That’s shit brown colour also
-
Nah , shit . Shit certainly isn’t red ( or shouldn’t be ) .
-
Before anyone says the colour is “ rustic red “ . I think it looks brown like shit . SWMBO likes it though 🙄

Yeah I think this also . Just prefer it to have some support and not depend on just the vertical units either side
-
I think my plans a goer ! Makes getting it up on the wall - levelling it etc easy If brackets are visible then why the (expletive deleted) are you looking down the side of my freezer !? Equally if they are visible a bit of black trim can hide it all . Then the bridge unit is on brackets and screwed to the vertical units either side . A beautiful solution by a beautiful stud !
-
Lol - I agree ! What do you think of my real bracket solution ? bridge unit is 100cm long fridge freezer 91cm Each bracket 2.5cm wide so it would fit ! Also means I can pack off the bracket to get the correct height . Bodge or good plan ?
-
Oi ! This ain’t no mofo Howdens shite !
-
What about real brackets ? Bridging unit has a laminate board underside . Gap either side of fridge freezer would house the bracket but I guess not visible ???
-
Because I had to push the units along ( out from the wall ) just so the tap clears the window on the adjacent run
-
Got one of these to go over the fridge freezer . The fittings are these hooks with very limited movement . I’m tight to the ceiling - so it all feels a bit awkward to use . Any suggestions ? . Prefer a completely different method to these - just placing the plate precisely will be a nightmare . Got to pack off the wall substantially also …

Not on about building now ☺️😉😉😉

Taking my time ensures a quality job . Rushing won’t get it done quicker - SWMBO told me that 😉
