No The covering that goes on the top of the BB makes absolutely no difference to the BB designer

I can never understand the 1150 I worked on a premiership ground with glass balustrades at 900 5 meter drop onto the fans below Reasoning behind this is so people in wheelchairs can see over rather than watching the game through glass

Yes Rents are crazy here also With people bidding higher to secure a tenancy Ive had between 10-15 properties for the last 25 years No problems or bad tenants It was going to be our pension Both governments are at fault 12 months to get a tenant out that has decided to play the system and getting rid of section 21 is causing landlords to sell up

No concretes fine There’s a 1.3 million pounds house being built near us that has used Concrete Lintels over every opening some are 2.8 wide

Not really Our current build is out in the country so not many restrictions But our previous build was part of a listed site and came under Heritage remit They asked for brick slate render stone sample Even sash windows Our Architect said please font fill my office full of bloody bricks But it might be worth having samples in case they insist But as I said previously All have very detailed websites If they hate the stone that you are using Having it in there hand probably won’t change that They tend to ask for local -

Normally you can just list the make and colour of bricks slates etc Most manufacturers have pretty detailed websites -
