I thought when I signed up that I was getting the first six months at £25, and then onwards, £35 a month. There is no record of that agreement as it was on the order form that I filled in. So now I have actually paid £23 a month for the first three months and I will then be paying ~£30 a month. I hope it doesn't keep creeping up. Just a warning to others to keep a record of any agreements. It is a rolling monthly agreement so I can cancel at any time. This must be a Billing error, I saw the same promotion £25.00 / 6 months. 1
Gone West Posted May 17 Posted May 17 After a long chat with Grok it seems the monthly cost of the Residential 100 subscription is increasing to £40 in the UK. It also told me how to see my billing preview for the the next month, which at the moment, is still £23. Grok indicated that the preview might change, but that the email was probably sent in error as the price was in dollars. I'll wait and see. 1
Onoff Posted Wednesday at 17:58 Posted Wednesday at 17:58 Our Starlink gen 2 died about 7am this morning we think. The LED on the router no longer lights up. It had been working since the thunder / lightning storm Monday night. Lad contacted them. "Yes, we can see a problem with your set up, we'll send you out a gen 3 kit, foc, under warranty, asap. Do whatever you want with the old kit". Can't fault the service. 2

Wil Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Funny that my Tesla Powerwalls died recently out of the blue. Tesla took a month but replaced them with PW3s FOC through warranty. It seems to be their modus operandi.
Onoff Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Contacted Starlink Weds evening. New gen 3 router turned up today. The only downside is that the new cable is different to the old. I now have to crawl through the loft space in this heat to fit the new cable and unclip the old one.
