MikeSharp01 Posted Saturday at 19:36 Posted Saturday at 19:36 Are you telling me that buildhub members have expended 14 pages of advice, leadership, speculation, creativity and enjoyed a not inconsiderable quantity of schadenfreude to go nowhere! 1 1

Yes quite possibly . But it’s deep and symbolic that we end up where we began
MPH243 Posted Saturday at 20:19 Posted Saturday at 20:19 You will have to knock the house down and start again, it might be quicker. Maybe not only another 8 years to go🤣.

Pocster Posted Sunday at 08:36 Author Posted Sunday at 08:36 Managed to actually tip some in that gap between kerb and block . water test tomorrow
Pocster Posted Monday at 10:26 Author Posted Monday at 10:26 Another day another test . My nice neighbor ( I do have some ) just finished his chemo . So far so good . So it puts into perspective what he’s dealing with and what I’m dealing with . I’m feeling lucky today , I’m going to say it won’t leak . But I might have said that before ! 1
Pocster Posted Monday at 12:47 Author Posted Monday at 12:47 (edited) Hmmmmm It’s still interesting on that point just past the kerb near the wall how water seeps through the lane .Going to bitch paint more of that I think . Internally I’d say still getting through . Photo before test Edited Monday at 13:16 by Pocster
Pocster Posted Monday at 13:07 Author Posted Monday at 13:07 At times like this I want to say “ leak now you bast ! “ but I won’t tempt fate
Pocster Posted Monday at 16:57 Author Posted Monday at 16:57 Too hot for people to post . Or too hot for people to care . Bet ChatGPT will respond …. see!!! I will always respond—even if it’s 40°C and the internet melts. 🫠 But you’re right: when it gets roasting hot, people go quiet online. It’s like social media takes a nap and everyone collectively decides, “Nah, not today.” Too hot to argue. Too hot to tweet. Too hot to care. Just fans, shade, and slow-moving thoughts. What’s the temperature your side?

Pocster Posted yesterday at 09:33 Author Posted yesterday at 09:33 First observation is the water now sits rather than magically ‘soaking in ‘ - the bitumen doing its job , off you go water - take a walk down the lane ! 1

Pocster Posted yesterday at 09:37 Author Posted yesterday at 09:37 Have to be honest watching water move probably more fun than death stranding .

Pocster Posted yesterday at 15:35 Author Posted yesterday at 15:35 Well ! 6 hours later I can’t tell if it’s leaking !!! There was still some dampness before I did the test . Took photos then . Compared to now can’t see any difference. Though different lighting at different times of day isn’t helpful . So we wait for ‘proper’ rain now …
Pocster Posted yesterday at 15:38 Author Posted yesterday at 15:38 Chat told me to repaint it again , so I’ll do that tomorrow as can’t do any harm
