Gazooks, please can you tell me what parts do I need to get this to connect with dishwasher and have another for washing machine. 

 

Swap the isolation valves for these:

 If you don’t want to drain the water then a short length of copper pipe from the existing to the new ones will work.

I am assuming those 2 pipes, one is hot water, one is cold water?  So you probably won't use the hot water and you will first need a bit of pipe out of the cold isolating valve to a tee then to two washing machine valves.

 

And some brackets to clamp the pipes to the wall.

Take this photo to your local builders' merchants or plumbers' merchant. Not screwfix, toolstation, b and q. They will sell you the necessary few parts including flexi hose.

I had one of those.

After a few years I had to change my machine, twisted the lever, and it snapped off.

Usually the plastic gives way due to sizure with hard water. Best to switch them on/off now and again to keep them working.

If the handle breaks like that, you can get a spanner on the flat of the shaft and shift it.

 

I have several spare handles from the days when washing machines had hot feeds, and each WM tap came with 2 handles.

Yes.

But it is a very cheap moulding and they could probably use a different plastic and solve the problem.  Not as if the handle is the expensive part.  The expense is in the marketing, packaging, distribution, merchandising and mark up.
