No such requirement unless it is the accessible WC under Part M of building regs where it applies.

Scotland has a requirement for "activity spaces" and that would fail.

 

The ones that bug me are public loo cubicles, more likely in pubs etc where the door swings in and you almost have to stand on the pan to shut the door it swings that close to the pan.

Regardless of any regulations, there's not enough room for a normal reach-around without wiping your nose on the door. Hence the high gloss door finish.

Er... don't fall anywhere and the basin is chin height in case your too far gone and want to speak to God on the big white (grey in this case) phone.
