Planning Permission needed to modify houseboat

Labour member Philippa Hulme said: “It fits beautifully with the eclectic mix of the harbour: you’ve got apartment blocks that look like boats, you’ve got boats that look like houses. That’s just part of being Bristol. I think it’s fantastic.”

 

And a shed that floats.

It’s floating!!! And there are similar sized “boats” on that stretch. In fact the “Thekla” is far bigger

She's a Councillor not a Member.

As someone with a skippers ticket that looks seaworthy and easily capable of being moved - the other one didn't and maybe because it appears to be an attachment to the land rather than a vessel is one reason they were noticed.
