I went a bit ott with mine but I got a good airtest the other day.

Every gap and joint squirted with some form of sealant and then painted over with an airtight paint. 92530092-2B48-47B2-B4B6-3A84C9C882FB.thumb.jpeg.0f64ddd43bdbebb038546635ef2da742.jpeg00332DF6-C122-4343-969D-BF2D2402A16E.thumb.jpeg.4f69ee35257bab36f3d96af7f0c37b4b.jpeg

Hello @Russell griffiths, thank you for posting this. When you get the chance any more details about your air tightness approach would be much appreciated. My build is ICF too, and I have been wondering if there is anything extra I need to do for some of the junctions.

Did you treat the inside bottom of the external walls where they joined the slab? How did you deal with the MVHR penetrations, expanding foam plus the paint? Have you already discussed your windows detail?

@Nick Laslett windows detailing, rubbed down, filled all gaps with PU sealant and a finger, two coats of TT gas proof membrane, this allows lots of other products to stick to the paint, I found it very hard to get anything to stick to the eps.

Then windows fitted, masking tape applied around windows allowing a 5mm bit of frame to show, then gaps filled with illbruck foam,Foam cut and trimmed back, then illbruck air sealing paste, squirt on and smooth with a brush.

Buy 20, 1 inch paint brushes and chuck them every other window.
