Expanding Foam Can - cleaning?

Is it possible to use an expanding foam can more than once? I got a foam gun and foam gun/nozzle cleaner and that part works fine but I'm trying to use a can I used last a few months ago and it's bunged up. Don't want to go poking around a pressurised container with a screw to clean out the feed. What are people's thoughts? Thanks!

Soak it up in the cleaner, and then go poking with the screwdriver.

I'll only buy Soudal in the fancy Genius can now, can sit for weeks and be reused immediately.

Take the top off and leave it for a day then use a short screw to wind in a little and pull the plug of foam out. Should come out easily as the nozzles are PTFE lined. Don’t go further down than the black ring on the threaded nozzle and you are safe

Do what PeterW says - I've done it a few times.

 

If you do want to remove a can from a gun, spray a bit of cleaner in the can nozzle straight away - same for the gun, clean it as soon as you remove the can. 

 

I have left a can attached to a gun for a few months and it still worked fine.
