Onoff
Buy the proper Fugi kit today. I had some similar "shapes" to what you have there. Look and feel similar to the Fugi but they're just not. As I say, something magic about the Fugi material.

Still tempted to order 10x10mm L and just stick that along the Mastik joints .
Onoff
Could you.....re tile the back and sides using internal corners, even to the point of CT1'ing new tiles to old. Then use that bfo angle trim on the front? ...re do back and sides in a smooth tile? ...get a fabricator to make some 316 stainless boxes to insert in the pockets? With hindsight eh?

Kind of things I was thinking of . Will get some 10 x 10 L trim and just sit it in there - see what it looks like .
Onoff
Gotta be the concave faced, internal trims if anything imo. How the experts must look at us and laugh!

Not this type of thing ? This is 20 x 20 - so a wee bit chunky - 10 x 10 is the smallest I can find

I'd still persevere with the silicone. Do some trial runs on two spare tile offcuts butted together at right angles. But because it’s not flat when I get to the opening I’ll have an end showing
Pocster
Decided to do the beading around the bathroom window . Fraction of a mm out shows up on the corner mitres . Will silver ct1 hide this good enough ??
Pocster
Did a dummy setup with silver ct1 See how it looks tomorrow Actually might just be easier and look ok if grey grout goes in there ... Pocster
Decided to persevere with my home made beading - until I ran out of trim . Got the mitres as tight as I can .
Pocster
Trying to bead the ensuite wall to ceiling gap . Bloody tiles - because not flat ; a dog ! Tried this first bit stuck up with ct1 - foil tape just to hold it in place . If ok tomorrow will still need white Mastik under the upper edge against the wall
