Lol This is my edpm rubber . So stuck to stone before flashing ontop . Could just use ‘any old expanding foam ‘ but just wondered if there was a super delux version . Ct1 tricky as surface isn’t even so need to ‘expand’ to fill the gap.

Hey Expanding foam has been my friend for many years - helped me out a good few tight spots . But I guess they are not all equal ? I want to bond rubber to stone externally . So want permanent ‘grab’ but also water / weather proof . Any recommendations ??

My T’s are fine . But ground floor not mine and don’t care . i think as @JSHarris has said need to check the vent ( assuming there is one ) ontop stack . Access hole must be 45cm by 30cm I would guess . Maybe less . I’ll try and measure it . Need small plumber friendly child ...

Would the anti vac on the basin solve the issue though even if the vent pipe is blocked further up ?

Oh I see ! not sure how it got blocked then ! No nothing coming out the roof - so no idea where it runs .

Not on insurance. Assuming ground floor permits me access I could just get it jetted anyway ? But as I don't know if there is a blockage more tempted to fit the anti vac first. I'm not too worried if it is blocked/blocking as ground floor will experience any ?first!

It's tricky. As I have no access to any drains; all in ground floor flat. Those tenants aren't particularly co-operative. I could fit an anti vac anyway?????
