As a LL and indeed on my build ; this is the first question I ask myself ! What would it be worth finished . Wether an investment or your dream home - there has to be equity in it once complete.

Devolo plug 2nd plug isn’t a repeater - it connects to the base devolo via mains wiring . 2nd unit actually transmits a new signal . Handoff between the 2 is seamless . In my HMO - works a treat !

I had problems with UniFi stuff . devolo plugs are your answer !!!!

We had vac insulation Had to put T&g cement board ontop Reinforced concrete poured on that . But as @JSHarris says - expensive!!! Around £100 a square metre ......... ?

Let’s be honest 7k for a shitty print is a joke . Some of the bespoke furniture was really nice . You sit on it and go “ this is nice “ Stand up and flip over the attached label , see the price and go “ F me “ Some of the furniture was more expensive than all my glazing ?
