  1. Easy peasey to install . Crane for beams . Get a block of wood same length as concrete block . Use that 2 space as beams go in ( following the supplied plan ! ). Someone else at the other end doing the same is dead helpful . Drop the blocks in . Grout type slush over the lot I.e slushy cement mix . Job done 👍
  2. I was advised not to have multiple applications in as it would “ muddy the waters “ . I guess it shows desperation maybe ? My planning attempts took 5 years to get to fruition . My original application was 2 stories like all my neighbors but was deemed to tall and too near all boundaries . Not knowing your location or budget ( guess my response ! ) you can eleviate some problems by going underground 😊
  3. A glazing robot !!! I want one !
  4. Thank you father .
  5. Yeah . I’ll take that area up anyway .
  6. I’ve got a feeling it’s always been like that ! So the roofers error ! . Anyway , need to fix it 1st - hose it forever , then celebrate if no leak ! 😊
  7. Yep - what to fill it with though ? - I guess it probably doesn’t matter ….???
  8. Yeah awesome . A link to mine ! - and yes if you buy all 4 they are about a tenner each !
  9. Only ones on eBay I can see are mine at £13 each … Show me your bargain for a tenner on eBay ?
  10. 20 each with free postage ? you will need all 4
  11. Assume that seams the issue . Just fill with ct1 ? Notice the roofers ‘gunk’ where the seam goes into the angle grinded wall slot is slightly recessed compared to the rest ….
  12. Ok ! This area . Jet on it for 15 mins - leaks It could be the flat roof damaged underneath the decking . But , that flashing seam looks like a possible candidate!!
  13. I made the (expletive deleted)er leak !!!! Been hosing various areas all day long with no joy . So can’t be certain of which bit tbh - but all areas tested today in the same area !!
  14. So someone needs to buy them ! Not expensive !!
  15. Of course . These are much easier . Effectively acting like packers but you can adjust as you level the frame . Much easier with these .
  16. I think no one gets these . I did 6 door linings with them . 1 at top on each side and one at bottom . Go between the lining and the wall . Allows you to move the lining in all directions to get it perfect . Then I foam around the lining - making sure to protect the clamps so I can remove them . They take a bit of getting use to but make it far simpler and allow you to get it level in all directions so all your doors close nice 😊
  17. You need my clamps aswell ! . They are for door linings - makes it much easier to get them level in all axis .
  18. You need my door liner clamps . Perfect for this ! Got 4 of these …. For sale !
  19. In the wall !!
  20. Determined to fill all the cracks
  21. Plenty of rain last night ; and still leaks 🫤
