  1. Ditra mat all the way on standard screed
  2. I can feel “ new toy “ purchase coming on . Watched that fusion 360 video . Whilst obviously not particularly familiar with it I can now design basic shapes for my needs . That’s a start .
  3. More reading . Decided against resin . How do you store the filaments when not in use ? . Ok to leave them for months on the printer ? . Should they be removed ? Definitely leaning towards bambu lab p1s ( without the multi spooler ) .
  4. I like it sticky . I think a wet and cure station would also be required .
  5. I’m getting the feeling resin is the way to go ….. More googling required !
  6. Lol I just stood in my shower cubicle and went “ yeah there will do “ - I won’t measure it .
  7. It’s near the Adams Apple yeah ??
  8. Sometimes needs exceed wallet ! I want to do my own . Printing someone else’s giant cock doesn’t help me . I want to print my own cock ( so to speak ) .
  9. (expletive deleted) wits keep on topic !!!
  10. Oh ! I’m confused ! I thought that was the clitoris ! So much to learn !!
  11. Thank you . She was lovely
  12. You got this @Dee . What I did to boost my confidence is once the tray had set the next day I put some temp pipework off the trap into a bucket . Then gently tipped water into the trap from above . If no leaks it’s a good start ! 👍
  13. My first encounter was far less than 1hour 40 I recall …
  14. Found a 1:40 hour beginners video on YouTube - guess got to start somewhere!
  15. Decided to go the fusion 360 route. As CAD not my thing it's somewhat overwhelming . Not sure where to start. Need to find some example videos to create 'simple' shapes.
  16. I personally would not use any silicone on the trap . It should work “ as is “ . Also if it needs to be removed later it will be far easier . Pipe off trap is just hand tighten yes - no glue .
  17. Resin stone imho best . Of course can be mofo heavy if large . Once bed - it ain’t coming up due to suction .
  18. I’d make sure you have a rubber mallet and spirit level handy . Then you can gently tap it level … 👍
  19. I’d say tile adhesive as it gives you more ‘play’ . A sand /cement mix will depend on your mix . I think it’s one of those things where either method would work tbh . Understand you want to be confident before you commit !
  20. I see you got a similar response in your other thread I.e use tile adhesive to bed the tray . Not sure what you are confused about …. ?
  21. Wtf ! My pants are bone dry
  22. I used flexible tile adhesive. I would think that bit of flexibility would help . Assume it’s a solid e.g stone tray ?
  23. But Bambi lab p1s looks SO nice ….
  24. The brass wavin ones do seem to have disappeared - I assume cost cutting . But then again if they say the plastic version is ok …..
