Not any more! This is to be my sleeper staging area! Just burnt off masses of the neighbour's invasive ground ivy I ripped up. Left the conifers to dry out a bit: -

Ash is to sprinkle. I'm not poisoning everything else with pellets. -

I'm making a garden incinerator, in part for some wood ash. To a design from the Crop Protection Agency: That's the lid on top from my now burnt out, cheapo incinerator. Just keeping a bit of the rain out. I've a big sheet of "diamond" pattern reinforcing mesh and a bunch of long M10, black bolts for the grid etc. -

Right or wrong I've started stringing the frame with coir rope. Round turn and two half hitches top and bottom. I've left a 6" tail at the bottom: -

26/50 at the mo on the runner bean front. Plan tomorrow is finish the 50-gal drum incinerator as a source of wood ash I'll keep to sprinkle round the beans as a slug deterrent. -
Well, it says it's fire resistant. The data sheet on the link you gave days it's rated Euroclass A1. Seems that's the highest there is: https://www.rockwool.com/uk/resources-and-tools/building-regulations/fire-regulations/euroclasses/

Got any of that cement board left? Take a rectangle of it. Mark an oval to suit dead centre plus say 5mm all round. Cut the oval out with an old jigsaw blade. Cut in two halves. Screw to the roof. Intumescent mastic the gap around the pipe.

I'm just making an old 50 gallon drum into an overly complex garden incinerator, not for me just smacking some holes in it with a pickaxe! Aiming to save the wood ash to sprinkle around the beans to try and deter the slugs. -

We have life! Maybe they just needed more water. Poured yesterday and they were left out in it. Brought in last night and this morning. 4 out of 50 showing so far. One is growing out of the side of the cheap cardboard pot that's split. Might need to re pot I guess. -

Remove the existing screw with mole grips. Drill & put one of these in each face. These are M6 but M5 would be fine. Short bit of stud between the two. https://www.screwfix.com/p/insert-nuts-type-d-m6-x-13mm-50-pack/59937
