Big Neil
Lots of variables I know, but what did people here pay for theirs and what was the spec (centres, shord width, joist depth etc?
ToughButterCup
£1800. Three different specs. and this is what you can do to correct builders' errors ( that is building by eye, rather than with a line and level ) Steve at Cheshire Roof Trusses helped me through that particular trauma. Be sure to specify exactly how the joist is attached to the wall plate, and measure the width at each and every joist station along the wall. Big Neil
@mvincentd Do I see steels there in that first floor makeup? Who did you get to deal with them.?
mvincentd
SE specced the steelwork and I used a local fabricator who also installed them ( he was a small outfit and mucked me around a lot with timing so I would not recommend and would use a larger company next time).
