North facing, triple glazed velux roof window, 3.30 this afternoon ..... on the outside, partly melted ice re-freezing

Pretty, isn't it?

Our windows were all frozen on the outside this morning and some of the ice crystals were really nice looking.

I fitted one of the fancy velux insulated blinds to one in bathroom --major difference  first thing in the morning

Is a big velux  though  big as they make I think --so it is a big heat loss source

That was me on the weekend (minus Faye). Great weather to be up in the mountains having a cold one.

Our 3G windows have had frost on the outside for well over a week now.

We have to suffer Bulgaria. Bit in fairness the snow is great and the beer is cold so I'm sure we will get over it

Does the novelty wear off after a week?

No.

It's like suddenly having frosted glass to all the windows on the north elevation. If someone stops outside we can't see who they are.
