joe90
I wish we had running water on site, makes a good feature (as long as it’s not under the house ?).
MarkyP
could make a nice feature, a walk on glass floor in the kitchen with flowing stream running underneath, perhaps some mood lighting and the odd trout nipping about.
Sjk
Try your neighbour first, if not then I think they will let it flow under your house, I’ve seen it happen a few times.
deuce22
Hi. Just an update. I have managed to sort this out with the owner behind me. He is giving me 4x25m behind the house and I'm giving him 3x25m down the side. I will also be losing about 20-30m2 at the entrance as I'll have to set it back to give him access. All in all, it's worked out good. Thank you to all of you for the help and advice.

ProDave
Just to say if you are in Scotland you need permission from SEPA to culvert or alter the course of a watercourse.

I'm not going to argue with them about culverting the whole length as I think it'll look pretty good exposed for part of it.
