Weegaz
I've made a boo boo. I have got the plasterer to render the patio wall in K-Rend Polar White when the house is K-Rend White. Its been on now for approx 6 weeks and is yellow compared to the house. I've just realised today what I have done as when the White went on it was cream for quite a few weeks before it dried out nicely. Anyone any ideas on what I can do, apart from applying the correct render over the top?

ProDave
Tell everyone it was a deliberate contrasting feature.
Weegaz
I've already told the wife 20 different reasons why its a different colour. I don;t know what painting it will look like and even how to get a RAL off K-rend for colour.
AliG
3 choices 1. Live with it 2. Redo it, you only need top coat. 3. Lots of plants so you can't see it. You would always be able to tell it was different it it was painted and it would also weather differently. I personally hate painted render. PS my house is also K-Rend polar white, just started to go on and it looks fantastic.
nod
You could cover it with white colour enhancer To match the house It will stay breathable but you will loose the silicon sparkle

Meabh Kelly
Hi there Any feedback on using K-rend now you're a few years down the line? I am thinking of it and would like to hear how it weathers.
