HWC

Buffer tank for UFH

UFH manifold for lower floor

The electrical CU's

A comms cabinet

The MVHR (already there on the right)

H & C manifolds ( to those pipes on the left)

Mine is a 0.8 × 1.4 m cupboard off the downstairs loo. 🤣  The electrical panel and OSO UVC (a later SunAmp replacement) are in the utility.  The MVHR is in the loft floor drying / storage room.

That is what I thought but zooming in you can see that it is not - looks like either nutserts, see below, or a bolt with the head on the wall side of the board, which is why I asked.

It wouldn’t surprise me if the threaded bar isn’t just wound into a slightly undersized pilot hole, maybe with a bit of mastic.
