Fallingditch
We moved in in April. Second fix takes a long time (plus the well-documented tiling, shower tray and splashback cockups). Finally onto the Hardieplank fibre cement cladding. Screwed up the project planning, by letting the scaffolding go before we were ready to clad, so its a cherry picker. Slower than using scaffolding but it is getting the job done. Not too long now ... Crofter
That looks fun! I've done all mine with a ladder. Are the cladding boards quite heavy?
RichS
I would have imagined a cherry picker would be easier as the boards are always at the same height relatively. Is it a case of the length that makes it more awkward??.
Russell griffiths
Anybody thinking of cherry pickers, look at getting a scissor lift instead it has a larger bucket so would be easier to get longer planks in and the ability to walk from end to end.
