How can I turn on this tap?

Tiny question in the grand scheme of things. Went to the site to clean out cavities and look at the shape of the tap. Everything is shut here for a bank holiday but I expect the brickies to be back in the morning. I checked the ground, can't see the handle anywhere. Will I have to replace the whole tap or can ye replace the wee handle?

Replace the tap - 2 min job

£7 from screwfix. Put some ptfe tape around the thread on the new one as they have a taper thread, then quick swap, do it live, live dangerously. Skins waterproof.

It's the age old 'not enough PTFE so I'll turn it until it stops' posse. Put about 23 turns of PTFE on tightly and turn it until you see about 1 revolution of thread left, then just keep turning to the desired position AND STOP!
